Help installation of monitor plugin in cacti 0.8.8a & PIA3.1

I've installed cacti 0.8.8a which PIA is is installed;
I installed the monitor plugin and enable it.
but when i click the monitor tab it displays a blank page...

Kindly help me as i am beginner in cacti..... :(

Could be anything, you would have to give us more information (there is a technical page under Utilities).

Maybe check the Files / Folder Permissions on the monitor plugins folder?

I've checked the cacti log file but there is no error...

And i set the the monitor plugin folder has the ff permission:
owner:administrator
folder access: create and delete files

am i right? and in view with the technical support, i don't know where will i look at.

Not enough information. Are you running on Windows? Linux? I have to assume Windows, since you mentioned "Administrator".
Look at the permissions on the folder that cacti is installed in, and try to make them the same on the monitor folder.

Sir,

I installed the cacti on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS using wubi

and Change the permission of the monitor folder as you' ve said
but still the monitor tab shows blank page

do i need to configure the config.php or global.php? in cacti 0.8.8a?

Hi guys !!
I'm sorry but I have an other problem with cacti...since 2 weeks, and nobody help me in other topic.

I have a problem with a cacti script.
I make a script with multiple output fields. When I put it in cacti it didn't work..
So I make test script in perl just returning 2 values :

my $v1 = 1;
my $v2 = 2;
print "toto:$v1 titi:$v2";

In "data input" of cacti, outputs have same names (toto and titi).
But when I make the graph, it display just zero values !! Have I respect the correct format of the output?

Do you know why? Could someone point me in the right direction please
