edit your php.ini file and set the datetime zone in there. It's currently not set, hence these error messages.

I had actually edited my php.ini like this one
[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
; http://php.net/date.timezone
date.timezone = Asia/Jakarta
Is there any line that define date.timezone ?

Yes, I did.

At now I'am using older version of cacti 0.8.7.i only for cacti.
It's work but I did not see graph.

I think there is no problem with my webserver and PHP.

All the setting path it is okay.

For all thx replying me.
I am really thanks.
After repeating install cacti for 5th time, all looks good and rrdtool say :
RRDTool Command:

C:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=-86400 \
--end=-300 \
--title="4507 - Traffic - Gi5/17" \
--rigid \
--base=1000 \
--height=120 \
--width=500 \
--alt-autoscale-max \
--lower-limit="0" \
--vertical-label="bits per second" \
--slope-mode \
--font TITLE:10: \
--font AXIS:7: \
--font LEGEND:8: \
--font UNIT:7: \
DEF:a="E\:/webroot/cacti/rra/4507_traffic_in_8.rrd":"traffic_in":AVERAGE \
DEF:b="E\:/webroot/cacti/rra/4507_traffic_in_8.rrd":"traffic_out":AVERAGE \
CDEF:cdefa="a,8,*" \
CDEF:cdefe="b,8,*" \
AREA:cdefa#00CF00FF:"Inbound" \
GPRINT:cdefa:LAST:" Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefa:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefa:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n" \
LINE1:cdefe#002A97FF:"Outbound" \
GPRINT:cdefe:LAST:"Current\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefe:AVERAGE:"Average\:%8.2lf %s" \
GPRINT:cdefe:MAX:"Maximum\:%8.2lf %s\n"

RRDTool Says:

OK
And I check for log file. Is this look normal?

Log seems normal to me.

Again, how are the permissions on your <cacti>/rra folder? If it's not 777, .rra files won't be created and thus there will be no graphs.

I dont know what is the 777 mean. If you mean theres a files in rra folder had cerated from rrdtool? Yes its there. Do I use the wrong version? Does effect with other version?

So I try with other version of rrdtool v1.2.15. I see the graph but I m not see the information

I am importing official graph template for cisco cpu usage
Cacti has imported the following items:

Data Input Method
[success] Get SNMP Data [update]

Data Template
[success] Cisco Router - 5 Minute CPU [update]

Graph Template
[success] Cisco - CPU Usage [new]
+ Found Dependency: (Data Template Item) 5min_cpu
+ Unmet Dependency: (GPRINT Preset) Normal
+ Unmet Dependency: (GPRINT Preset) Exact Numbers
Is this normal?

777 is linux permissions... which basically means everyone has full control in NTFS. Not the safest for a web server, but ok for troubleshooting.

As for no text for the graph, do you have any fonts defined settings -> paths-> RRDTool Default Font?

The Unmet Dependency is not normal. where did you obtain it from?

ah http://docs.cacti.net/template:graph:cisco:cpu_usage
All of the official templates should already be preinstalled with Cacti, thus no reason to download and install them. Was this not the case?
