I'm form china ,shanghai city.I use realtime plugin on cacti.but I found that are realtime error. cacti version:0.8.8a

Look at the URL, it is telling you what is wrong. It contains

Warning%3C/b%3E:%20%20shell_exec()%20has%20been%20disabled%20for%20security%20reasons

or after a little URL Decoding

Warning: shell_exec() has been disabled for security reasons
