PHP errors on PING localhost

Hi all,
i've just installed CACTI on a Win7 by installing XAMPP1.81 with Apache/2.4.3 PHP/5.4.7 and Mysql 5.5
I had no problem during the install procedure and now i'm trying to configure my first device.

First i've configured the localhost webserver as follow:

Hostname: localhost
Host template: Windows 2000/XP Host
Downed Device Detection: Ping

Now i've the following PHP errors on top:

Is there anyone can help me to solve this problem?

Since you didn't follow the Windows install instructions located http://docs.cacti.net/, now you will need to validate the proper configuration of php and mysql.
