BOOST N00b

I've just enabled BOOST on my cacti. I have to say that looking for "2. The maximum size of any result stored into the poller_output table as updates occur" is not very easy. Here is my setup:

I've taken a few shots at getting the varchar() setting correct and just had to set it high for now. I've currently got it set to 400, but want to know if the line "Max Record Length" in the Boost Stats below is the number I should be using (plus some padding) for varchar(). I'm not sure I understand the difference between "Avg Bytes/Record" and "Max Record Length"
