I'm sorry for my english :s
I have to installing software cacti in the debian OS it's OK
I have use the web site : http://www.ludonet.fr/wordpress/linux/i ... us-debian/
So i haven't to graph CPU, memories on the localhost.
I have an error in the graph management :
RRDTool Says:
ERROR: opening '/var/www/cacti/rra/localhost_mem_buffers_3.rrd': No such file or directory
can you help me ?

Which version of Debian and which version of the cacti package?
I think all you have to do is to reload the cache (known bug).

I don't know about how you installed cacti, but would it be possible to do it the Debian way? You can install the Debian package from Wheezy if you want or use my apt-gettable package in my ppa (see my signature, although build on Ubuntu Quantal, it works on Debian Squeeze/Wheezy/Jessie as well). This way you are sure that cacti is setup compatible with Debian, instead of the manual preparation you did.
