Some graphs does not shows ip number and others graphs shows ip number correctly ...
What is causing it ?

You mean in the graph title?
Check your graph template...
Title box should be something like:
|host_description| - Graph title

yes, in the graph title ...
it's curious cause only in olds linux does not shows ip
