I need urgent help for Cacti

Issue is user are able to see the data in console - graph trees but when they go to graphs tab they can not see
the folder left side.

They were able to see those folders a week ago but now they can not. We restored the data last month but same issue.

I found that after alphabet "R" folder in Graphs tab none of the folder display. Is there any limitation about folder or graphs in cacti ?

I attached file herewith console and graphs screen.

Please do not attach proprietary files; a screenshot would be fine.
It is known, that the tree code has some issues with "strange characters" with the effect, that subsequent graph items are not displayed. This may happen here. Solution is to remove/rename the offending graph tree entry

Hi Gandalf,

Issue is not the folder "R" if you see in screenshot there are graph tree in console tab "SIGTRAN", Test and VoLTE.

Means after Service LAN none of the above trees are showing in Graph tabs. Is there any folder limitation in Graph Tab.

No. it's only inefficient when it comes to many 1,000 entries.

Are you referreing to insufficient 1000 entries of cosole-graph trees or Graph Tab ?

If yes, is there any way i can get total number of lines from graph trees ?

How folder disappeared from Graph Tabs because it linked to console-graph trees ? Is it possible that it has been deleted only "Graphs" ?

Can we find in any logs who deleted ?

It is inefficient, because
- all tree entries are loaded of all trees
- invisible entries are removed via post-processing
- weird characters break the display completely

We're going to redesign that, but currently there is no known workaround
