ReportIT 0.7.5 - Template has been locked temporarily

Hi, I have upgraded to latest released version of ReportIT plugin. For some reason one of templates is locked for 2 days and i believe that is the reason this plugin refuses to send any e-mail contatining utilization report. [with attached cvs]
I have tryied rm -rf /reportit directory and replaced with fresh unpacked one, restart of MySQL, Apache restart and that template is still locked. See screenshot. There is not PHP process i can find with ps aux that should belong to this plugin so its unclear to me how do i unlock that template?

This is only a flag in table reportit_reports. The easiest way is to rerun your report from the CLI:
