Manage Plugin Not working cannot uninstall

Hello,
I am having an issue with the Manage Plugin. The alerting stop and I lost all the hosts in Manage. I cannot add any hosts back to manage. I tried to uninstall the plugin and I get the following error. "FATAL: Database or Table does not exist". I would like to be able to uninstall and start over if I can.

Windows 2008r2 server

Hello Again,

I was able to fix the issue and get Manage up and running again. Unknown what happened.
1 - Disabled Manage
2 - Copied a fresh download of Manage back in to /plugins/manage
3 - Removed the Manage tables from SLQ (used script from sql/9-uninstall.SQL)
4 - Added back in all the Manage tables in SQL (users scripts from sql/ *.SQL)
5 - Activated Manage, configured the plugin and added the devices to manage
