CereusReporting - PDF Reports - 4.00 for Cacti 1.x out soon!

A windows installer for the Express edition has been published with the following features:

- Support for the Cacti Windows Installer from BSOD2600 only.
- PHP 5.1/5.2/5.3 support
- Automatic IonCube and ChartDirector installation
- Automatic Update support

I just install the express version of version 2.10. I followed the install guide and read through it twice.. just to make sure i did not miss anything. I am not sure if the feature i am discussing works just in the corporate version.

I attached my debug screenshot.

When i try to add graphs to reports. the drop down box above Include Sub-Leafs does not contain anything except the words please choose.

i requested a trial of corporate version to try as well

Your installation seems just fine.

Here is my problems:
1) PDF module drop down menu shows no options
2) PDF report shows no graph with error message - "Error opening the file : tmp/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/1.png

Can you uninstall it and follow the installation as outlined in the attached document ?

I reinstalled OS (Ubuntu 12.10) and went through the steps on the doc but ended up getting the same result - no option in "pdf module to use" drop down menus. Debug page shows everything in green

Can you check out the following version ? Especially enable php error logging and check the content of that.
Also re-check the debug page.

Some updates: Cereusreporting plugin works on Ubuntu 13.04 although the "PDF module to use" drop down menu is still showing two empty options. If I choose the second empty option, it works. Also note that I used the latest version of ioncube on this installation which was not available last time.

Hi phalek,
i have a gret problem with the schedule function.
I have update my licence file, but now it seems that no report was produced.
I have already tried to reinstall the plugin and recreate report and schedule task, but with no godd result
Can you help me ?
Let me know if you need some log or anithing else.

I have solved my problem by deleting all files into temp directory.

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply.

This can be the case if:

- There's a "cronisrunning" file in the tmp dir, which does not get deleted (fixed in the not yet published release)
and
- It's not able to write to a file called "CereusReporting_messages.log" which has debug and log messages in it ( if the "Logging Mode" is set to a higher level )

The latest version (2.2x) has enhanced deubugging to that log file, so if there's an issue, always set the logging mode to "debug" and check out that file.

I installed this plugin, it's works, but I have some question:
- how can I set if the first page is cover, don't print the graph on this page?
- Why I don't see the time frame on the availability graph?
