Help CACTI don't works

Hello I'm rookie with cacti, I ranamed my cacti folder under /var/www/html and after I returned the original name of folder however my cacti don't works. Could help me?

Please see debugging guide at 2nd link of my sig for a start.
You may need to rebuild the poller cache as the cache include full path to scripts being used for polling. There's a related update script in the cli directory.
Then, you must make sure that the rrd files are located at the expected location
