Greets all!
After installing new mini-server Cacti, i've found a strange problem.
Data collecting via perl script, after them parsed and after they should store into RRD file.
Script generating a lot of fields (about 130) which usually stores into RRD. But sometime base get a "NaN" values instead of data, from script.
Interval between data requests - 120 seconds (i'd like to use 60, but hardware updates internal data with this interval, and too fast reading data returns zero result).
In attachments you can see data sending to rrdtool (which need to write to database) and part of dump from database.
Those holes could happens in couple of minutes and couple of hours..
Average load on server - less than 0.1
Server working on on virtual PC (Oracle) and other graphs gets normal data.
Version of cacti: 0.8.7g (on my pc - Version 0.8.7e). Maybe it's a problem, i don't know.
Update to 0.8.8a not helps. Cacti boost - just the same.
Does anyone know where the problem is?

Re: rrdtool random NaN instead input data
Well, i think it's works normally now.
Just a single parameter in RRD file - heartbeat.
RRD file dreated with value 120 (seconds) and data gets every 120 seconds.
I've made rrdtool tune -h field:1200 (аt 10 times the poll interval) and now holes disappeared.
Maybe it'll helps to someone else.
