Windows 7 , strict-mode, thold, etc

ok i got cacti up and running.. but i have a few issues.
first,, when i install thold, and i go to its tab, it tells me im running mysql in strict mode.. but im not
with thold enabled, i go to 'settings' on the console.. and the web page does not load.
i disable thold, i can go back to settings.
im going to try to attach my 'technical support' output in hopes that ya'll see where i screwed up.

im also having issues with some templates not finding data.. which i suspect is tied to my php install.

thold issue, moving to the correct forum. what version you using?

I'd recommend going back to php 5.3 and mysql 5.5.

i removed everything and got the auto installer you suggested.. im working through that now.
