Anyone..Can you help me to find Plugin Architecture Version: 3.1 for Cacti 0.8.a ?

I need to install on my OS (Ubuntu server V.12.10) but cannot find it

and please suggest to install plugin on Ubuntu server

not sure .. how to check the plugin that include my server ?

What version do you have installed ( Cacti ) and what do you see under your user management for e.g. the admin user. Is there a "Plugin Management" listed ?

I need to add plugin "php-weathermap-0.97a " on my cacti but in don't show anythings.

i have cacti-plugin-0.8.7h-PA-v3.0.tar.gz and unzip . move to /usr/share/cacti/site/ ;

follow command >> $ sudo mv cacti-plugin-arch* /usr/share/cacti/site/ and

$ /usr/share/cacti/site/ #patch -p1 -N < cacti-plugin-0.8.8a.diff

then unzip php-weathermap-0.97a.zip and move to /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins -R
follow command >> $ sudo mv weathermap /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins -R

any need more info let me know.
