[solved] Graph drawn delayed by 16 hours

Hi,

I installed cacti 0.8.8a using the windows installer. Somehow my graphs are showing stats from 16 hours ago. Is there any time/timezone config that I missed. Plus I kinda missed the post installation guide. Does anyone have it online somewhere?

1) post-install guide link placed on the desktop of the user who installed it. Also it resides in the \cacti\docs\ folder.
2) all graphs show the time error? forget to set the php.ini time zone?
3) cacti technical support page show any errors and correct time info?

Sorry for being all noob on this. I manage to locate the post-install guide and change the php.ini timezone. But how do I get to cacti technical support page to verify errors and correct time info?

edit: OK found it. Hope everything will be good from now on.
