THOLD INSTALLATION

HELLO,
My problem is that I can not bring up the tab "thold" next to my "weathermap" which I had installed (that reduces some steps for the intallation of Thold).
  I followed the tutorial: http://docs.cacti.net/manual:087:1_installation.9_pia
namely:

copy in /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins/, the directory thold I had to extract the archive http://docs.cacti.net/_media/plugin:thold-v0.4.9-3.tgz

and add the line: $ plugins [] = 'thold';
but nothing is displayed.

Help Please.

i had also given all rights, but nothing:

chmod 777 -R /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins/thold
