[solved] problem (dont display graphs after 6 months)

hello
i installed cacti on windows 2003 enterprise server sp2.it worked good ,after 6 months suddenly my garaphs was displays blank.the state of my device is up but when i adds e new device state stay unknown
OS:win server 2003 sp2
Webserver:Apache 2.2.11
Cacti:0.8.7e
Spine:
MySQL:5.0.51a
PHP:5.2.9
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 build):RRDTool 1.2.x
Net-SNMP:NET-SNMP version: 5.4.2.1
Cygwin (cygwin1.dll version):
Plugin Architecture: v 2.4

note:RRDTools says
ERROR: opening 'C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_334.rrd': No such file or directory

1) Does C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_334.rrd exist?
2) Why are you trying to display graph data from 2002? rrdtool data doesnt go back that far unless you've altered the defaults.

these file was existed and
C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_125

2)i have never do this,how can i chek it?i dont want it?pleas help me?

1) simple question with a simple answer. Yes or no?
2) Is the date/time on the server correct? try changing the time range in the Graph Filters to todays date.

1)no threre isn't C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_334.rrd file
2)i do configure date/time on server and i can view my old graph bud the procces of graph gathering stop with ERROR: opening C:/Apache2/htdocs/cacti/rra/test_traffic_in_334.rrd for new device?????
