Hello,
I want to install/upgrade Cacti 0.8.8a on Windows environment with IIS 6 and IIS 7.
Which are the minimum and/or recommended version requirements for installing/upgrading Cacti 0.8.8a for php, rrdtool, net-snmp, cygwin and mysql ?
Are all of these products still mandatory to run cacti ?
Is there some product which is not necessary yet, or some new product to install for running version 0.8.8a ?
The spine should or must be the version 0.8.8a ?

Why not just use the windows installer which includes all of these ...
