Wrong data from "Local Linux Machine"

Post by bakki »

Hi all
I am new to cacti and I just installed cacti 0.8.8a and I need it to monitor lots of Linux servers using "Local Linux Machine" as host template.
My problem is disk space always is shown max 6.84 and it is monitoring /dev/sda2.
Can anyone tell me please how to monitor the whole hard drive?

Thank you very much.

Using "Local Linux Machine" always monitors the exact machine Cacti is running on.
You do not want to do this more than once.
Better use the SNMP host template and configure your target systems to answer SNMP requests
