I an guessing that to execute Turck as a part of the script server in cactid that you simply have to make your Settings->Paths include that information for PHP. So, instead of something like "c:\php\php.exe" you would add all the other stuff to it.

I have same problem here
lighttpd+fastcgi php+cacti 0.8.6g

can not log in,
no any error msg

It is important that the php.ini contains:

cgi.fix_pathinfo = 1

Otherwise PHP_SELF won't be set correctly.
