Hi all,
I am trying to setup weathermap as a Cacti plugin with editor,
I followed weathermap install instruction and some articles on Internet.
Most things are OK now, but the graphs just come out with whole blank and have time stamp at top right corner.
I enabled DEBUG logging, and found some strange log as PNG attachment file.
I'm pretty sure there are nothing in configs/ folder but only 2 configure files that I edit through weathermap editor.
It looks like the Cacti poller can't read my weathermap correctly. ( how? )
Does anybody have this problem before?
Here are my environment:
OS: FreeBSD 8.3-Release-p5
Web server: Apache 2.2.23 + PHP 5.4.10
Cacti ver.: 0.8.8a1
Weathermap ver.: 0.97a

Re: Unrecognised config on line 1 ?
Could you post a picture of the Manage Weathermaps screen please? It looks like somehow the directory itself has been added as a map.
Weathermap 0.98a is out! & QuickTree 1.0. Superlinks is over there now (and built-in to Cacti 1.x).
Some Other Cacti tweaks, including strip-graphs, icons and snmp/netflow stuff.
(Let me know if you have UK DevOps or Network Ops opportunities, too!)

Re: Unrecognised config on line 1 ?
Howie,
Thanks for your reply.
The attachment file is my weathermap management screenshot.
But this screenshot is different from I posted before cause I remove whole weathermap plugin from Cacti and start over again...
Through the logs, I found there are some thing lost in table "weathermap_maps" of weathermap database.
I created a new config file with editor and add the config file at weathermap management,
and it looks like the attachment... two columns are empty.
And the weathermap database (phpmysqladmin) screenshot is the other attachment.
The columns "configfile", "imagefile" and "htmlfile" are empty.
Are these cause my weathermap not functional?
I had tried field these columns "configfile", "imagefile" and "htmlfile" manually,
the weathermap thumbnail shown in Cacti, but in output folder, it still only these 3 files ".png", ".html", "thumb.png".
Thanks for your reply.

I know this is a long time ago now, but do you remember what the filename was for this map? I think I need to check for special characters.
