Nectar not sending scheduled reports

Hi All. I have Nectar installed and apparently working just fine except that it won't send scheduled reports. I can send manually and everything works fine. Suggestions on where to start to figure this out? Tech support output is attached.

Please increase nectar logging level (Settings -> Misc) and find messages in cacti.log

Hmm...even at debug I don't show any entries in Cacti.log for Nectar.
