Device Monitoring Acknowledgement

Hi,

In reference to the Device Monitoring audible alert when a device goes down, is there a way to either acknowledge or simulate something simlar? I'm monitoring 50 devices and at times the audio alert just keeps going off. I want to be able to hear the alert and react to it and maybe ensure the alert doesn't reoccur for the same device if it hasn't gone down again.
