No graph, SNMP Timeout, SNMP not valid

No graph, SNMP Timeout, SNMP not valid

Hello,
i have just installed the latest version of Cacti on my SLES11.
My problem is, that i can not see the graph in the Panel.

The Log File says:

the rra folder was empty, after i have run poller.php i have new files. (chmod of rra folder is: 775)
i have run rebuild_poller_cache.php, but it doesnt help.

when i run cmd.php, it shows:

Please run a poller rebuild, e.g. from cli directory
