snmp error

thanks for posting this.

I have installed as you advised. And i finished installation. When i tried to add devices, there is no snmp there. It is snmp uptime, snmp dec, snmpgetnext. What can i use. I tried three of them but graph is not generating.

Please advise.

Post a screenshot of what you mean.

You must enable snmp on the devices you want to poll.

Thanks for the reply. Please find attached file. There is no snmp on option Downed device detection.

And if i select snmp uptime, Graph is not generating like see attached. Please advise.

1) pictures should not be sent in excel or word documents. png, gif, or jpegs are appropriate.
2) the first screenshot is of a new device which hasnt been saved nor has any name/ip info for the device.
