thold email generate Segmentation fault

Post by _raindrop18 »

I have new installation of thold 0.4.9 in cacti 8.8.a the alert generate properly and seems everything is working except when the alert generate and I think when try to send email I got error on my server cron error " Segmentation fault " cacti email is working just fine( I have tested) and when I urn debug, I didn't get any error from the log. so from cacti side no error but didn't send any email. from server side I got "Segmentation fault" so not sure where I start troubleshooting. any suggestion.

When you go into setting, are you able to send a test email without any issues? Also, please list all your relevant settings under Settings > Mail / DNS
