How to export current database

Hi Everyone,

i am having a hard time migrating from 0.8.7d to 0.8.8a. Essentially the server which has the old version of cacti is being retired and i need to setup another windows server and migrate the data and etc. I have the server(0.8.8a) installed however i tried countless mysql syntax and dont know how to move everything over. i would appreciate any help.
