[solved] This data query returned 0 rows

I had recently installed Cacti and I am trying to add new device to Cacti. Cacti able to pool device on SNMP however not discovering interface through verbose query.

In debug SNMP is discovering interfaces however getting error

"This data query returned 0 rows, perhaps there was a problem executing this data query. You can run this data query in debug mode to get more information."

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

that output looks correct. Possibly try increasing the snmp timeout and/or decreasing the number of OIDs retrieved for that device.

I did tried that as well however with no luck . please help me if there is anything i just overlooked during configuration

I missed SNMP patch during installation which I did yesterday and its working fine for me.

I Appreciate you to look into this issue.
