RRDTool Says: blank (no graph in cacti 0.8.8a)

Hi I have installed cacti 0.8.8a in my testing XP desktop, setup is installed succesfully but when i have added cisco 4948 switch no graph is showing and RRDTool is not giving ok or any error massage.

You're on 0.8.8a, yet the directory is Cacti_8_7_0_a? how'd that happen?

Did you manually install cacti and follow the installation guide or use the installer?

rrdtool saying nothing is typically a sign of incorrect NTFS permissions on cmd.exe and/or rrdtool.exe. The install guide has the details on how to set them correctly.

Hi,

I have manually created the (Cacti_8_7_0_a)folder on c drive and installed the setup on that floder.

I have used the installer to run the cacti(Cacti-0.8.8a.exe).

Can you please share the install guide link so i will retify my problem.
