Monitoring SANs

Greetings,

I am trying to monitor the capacity of a HP SAN. This SAN is communicates through Fiber Channels.

Can someone tell me how to monitor the space on my SAN??

Hi. How are you managing your SAN? While you might use FC for the SAN itself, you will still have an Ethernet interface for managing and integrating it with your existing (OOB) Management network. This interface will likely support SNMP. If it doesn't support SNMP, it will support some CIM or something similar that you can use with Cacti.
