GPSmap plugin error

I'm getting an error when I try to install the plugin. cacti version 0.8.8.a gpsmap version 1.7 Any suggestions?

Fixed this issue. GPSmap installs without errors but now after I configure I go to the GPSMaps tab and get this. There is no all-top.html file in the XML directory.
