Thold alerts not triggering

Hi,

I'm not getting email alerts from thold even though the thresholds are breached

the alerts are also not triggered. let me know if you need any more info to troubleshoot this

Settings version 7.1
Thold version 4.9 ( downloaded the latest one)


Operating System:Windows server 2003 64 bit
Webserver: iis6
Cacti:8.7h
Spine:-
MySQL:5.0.51a
PHP:5.2.17
RRDTool (Cygwin or Win32 build):1.2.x

Settings > thold > enable debug mode.

then watch your cacti logs to see what is happening.

Did you ever solve this problem?

I have cacti 0.8.8a, just installed thold 0.4.9 and I have the same problem. Cannot get anything to trigger.
