PIA plugin failed

hi everyone

i installed cacticacti-0.8.8a-2 on centos 6.2. i wanted to install PIA plugin(cacti-plugin-0.8.7h-PA-v3.0.tar.gz) but its broken. when i want to run
patch -p1 -N < cacti-plugin-arch.diff
it shows me this output:
[root@Hi-ali cacti-plugin-arch]# patch -p1 -N < cacti-plugin-0.8.7h-PA-v3.0.diff
can't find file to patch at input line 4
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?

i found that PIA by default installed on cacti. i mean it doesnt need to install. is that right?

Since 088, PIA is part of cacti, yes
