Changing graph titles

Hello, am hoping someone knows a way to do this, I would like to change my graph titles from

|host_description| - Traffic - |query_ifName|

to

|host_description| - |query_ifName| - |query_ifOperStatus| - |query_ifIP| - |query_ifAlias|


I have tried adding these titles in Data Queries > SNMP Interface Statistics > In/Out bits > Suggested Values (for both graph template and data template, and moved them up to the top.

I then ran the php poller_data_sources_reapply_names.php -id=All, but doesnt seem to show the graph titles being updated. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Please run the related update script for graphs. You've now changed the data sources's names ...
