hi
I have done a complete reinstall without success.
I have done this in a clean VMware player build of Windows XP Professional XP SP3 with all updates installed.
Still, no RRD files created.
I guess I'll return to the Linux version.
cheers, Jan.

I was able to use the User Management area to give myself permissions for the graphs.
But now in graph debug mode I only see Graph Access Denied. I have given rights to IIS User in the rrdtool directory and within the rra directory inside of the cacti directory.

I also checked the log file and am seeing an abundance of sql errors?

I ran: php repair_database.php inside of c:\inetpub\wwwroot\cacti\cli directory and it reports that their are no errors in the records.

Can anyone tell me where to look or how to fix this please ?
I have the same running Linux and suddenly had this....there dont seem to be any solution other than starting over?

google ftw brought me here and many other results all with people giving up and reinstalling or threads just ending with no resolution. Google FTW but support for cacti, not so much?
