error in cacti.conf

Ok.
So look at your crontab. It says 5 * * * *. That's only once an hour at 5 minutes after.

I think on linux you can do */5 * * * *

still i cant get the graphs.. and in the log no errors just weblog ... and the cron still runing ... !

what do you thing it can be ? Do i have to install cacti again manually?

If you want to we can try to do a screen share next week so I can look at what is happening.
Beyond that it'll be hard for me to continue to help troubleshoot.
