unknown device

Dear Sir,

I'm having a problem with cacti on my ubuntu server 12.04. I'm trying to use cacti to monitor a several SNMP-based devices, such as servers and switches.Status of my devices (including Localhost) is always Unknown, but the SNMP query to the agent is normal.my cacti log is showing noting
kindly see the below attached screen shots.

Some of my system details

Cacti Version 0.8.8a
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.4.3
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.4.x
PHP Version 5.3.5-1ubuntu7.10

Is there anyone that could help me?

Is the poller running?

You should run using the command (check paths):

/usr/bin/php5 /var/www/cacti/poller.php

Then add the appropriate command to crontab
