Alt Cacti-server alpha

Hi all!
I've made a alpha-version of Alt Cacti-server, some analog of CactiEZ. It's based on Alt Linux stable branch t6, newest cacti 0.8.8a and some plugins.

Feel free to test it, bug report end feature request. WMI is not supported yet, but it's in my plans.
p.s. Please don't use it in production, it's just a alpha.

* added support of wmi (wmi-client 1.3.16)

* added graph templates:
- a lot of wmi-templates
- APC-templates
- Cisco CCME (Active calls and E1 usage)

* added host templates:
- HP Windows server
- linux generic

* login page changed

PS To use wmi just edit the auth file /etc/cacti/cactiwmi.pw as per the format below:

username=<your username>
password=<your password>
domain=<your domain>

and use graph templates with wmi-support.

I have created an OpenVZ container and placed it next to iso (altlinux-cacti-server.tar.gz).
NB: To proper run MySQL in this VE dont use "--config base", need to use "--config unlimited" or increase value of PRIVVMPAGES more then it's base-config value (or use "--mem").
