Blank Page on all plugins after install

I'm currently running the most recent release of cacti, 8.8a, and everything seems to be working except the plugins. After I install and decompress the plugins in the plugin directory, cacti see's them just fine under plugin architecture and lets me enable and install them. The tabs appear at the top of the page along with corresponding links on the side. When any of the links or tabs are clicked on, nothing but a blank page appears. Am I doing something wrong? A little help would be wonderful. I'm sure it's something small, but who knows. I've also restarted the apache2 server and rebooted my ubuntu 12 server a few times.
