I have install cacti from Eyesofnetwork 3.1 :
Cacti Version 0.8.8a
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.3.2.2
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.3.x
And plugin : Thold 0.4.9 Thresholds
If i go to /cacti/plugins/thold/thold_add.php :
Threshold Creation Wizard
Please select a Host Host:
Host is empty
I have try to disable and uninstall the plugin whithout success.
When uninstalling ths plugin, i have the table deleted :

When activating, the are well created.
