Superlinks 1.4 Top tabs do not work

I installed a fresh cacti 0.8.8a and installed superlinks 1.4. In the plugin management it says its still awaiting configuration but the plugin works.

So I try to add a page to the tabs and it does not display the tab. However I add it to the console the page shows up with no problems.

I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to no end.

Any help on this issue.
