Help for backup and restore Cacti Graphes in windows 7

I have installed cacti Version 0.8.7g on Windows 7 ultimate and it is running correctly now I have purchase a new server and installed fresh windows 7 and also installed the Cacti-0.8.8a.exe all in one now i want to take the backup of the old pc graph and restore the data in newly installed cacti.

Please know me the steps.
