Poller Show error POLLER: Poller[0] ERROR: The path:is inval

Hi All,

We have upgraded the cacti to cacti 0.8.8a , after upgradation whenever we are adding new devices poller throws and error
" POLLER: Poller[0] ERROR: The path: is invalid. Can not continue" on screen shows " ERROR: opening '/opt/cacti-0.8.8a/rra/test_48.rrd': No such file or directory"

we have checked the permission of the file in cacti directory (our path -/usr/share/cacti-0.8.8a/rra ) it has the permission 777 and owner is www-data
even we have same permission for old directory which located at /var/lib/cacti/rra

we are not getting any clue to trouble shoot thsi we have serach many article but no use

we are using ubuntu 10.04 LTS

/usr/share/cacti-0.8.8a/rra

By Mistake the Path was type worng Actual path and error is like this
" ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti-0.8.8a/rra/pdc00r1-voice_cisco_voice_gateway_-_dsp_dspactive_895.rrd': No such file or directory"


Please help we are not getting any clue to solve this problem because of which everything is mess up

Does that path exist?

Are the permissions correct on the path/file?

and had the permission drwsrwsrwx 2 www-data www-data 69632 2012-07-27 16:03 rra

Turn the logging to DEBUG, and check for errors.
