Trunk traffic Summary Report and dedicated support

Greetings,

My name is Aquiles and I work for a VoIP Carrier in USA. We have been using Cacti for monitoring Trunk Traffic( Simultaneous calls/time) utilization for our Customers and Providers.
Due to our platform configuration each Customer/Provider has a set of trunks and in our current implementation we are monitoring each of these trunks on an individual graph.

Our idea is to summarize all the trunk graphs for a particular provider into a single graph, but keeping the option to check them individually.
This is the starting idea but we are aiming towards using Cacti more actively as a monitoring tool for our NOC. We are looking for paid dedicated support for this as we will be probably having more custom requests as per our necessities grow.

I am unsure if this is the right place to request this but any feedback is really appreciated. Thanks guys!

That request sounds like you could use the Aggregate plugin. It will allow you to combine different data sources into one graph while keeping the original graphs.

Thank you Phalek for your incredible quick response. Yes I did run into the Aggregate plugin. I am however, a VoIP engineer and our developers/programmers are tied up on other projects.

I will e-mail you with more information on our project.
