Syslog Hosts

Hi -

New to the boards. I am using Syslog 1.22 and Cacti 0.8.7g. I recently installed the syslog plug-in and love it, however I am wondering if there is anyway for the plugin to display the "Cacti Device Description" of the incoming hosts?

I'm sure I could easily script and modify a comparison of the cacti and syslog host tables, but I don't know if I'm simply missing a configuration piece. I set syslog to use the default cacti database.

Any help would be great!
