Can't add new device

I got a problem after i installed the plugin<thold>,i can't add new device any more.

It show errors:Save failed.

Is it a bug ?

Kindly help this.

Once thold is disabled/removed, does the problem go away?

Hi yes,it went away once i disable it.

I have a workaround (Disable it ,and add devices) ,but it is not a solution for long time.......

Can you help this ?
