Hi to all
I installed cacti 0.8.8a on windows server 2008 using the windows installer from this forum.
I added new device and everything works fine.
Now I want to add multiple devices to monitor.
I found the "script add_device.php" on the cacti website, yet I don't know how to run it on my windows OS.
thanks

Re: how to run add new device script
There are a bunch of commandline scripts in the /cacti/cli/ directory for automation. Look into those first.
| Scripts: Monitor processes | RFC1213 MIB | DOCSIS Stats | Dell PowerEdge | Speedfan | APC UPS | DOCSIS CMTS | 3ware | Motorola Canopy |
| Guides: Windows Install | [HOWTO] Debug Windows NTFS permission problems |
| Tools: Windows All-in-one Installer |

Re: how to run add new device script
CLI = Command Line Interface.
These scripts are not meant to be run interactively with a GUI. You run them at the command prompt. http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:6_refe ... ne_scripts
