Help: Cacti doesn't show Graph

I managed to install cacti.i can view localhost/cati.Once I added devices.i can't see any graph for this device.Please let me know
what coule be the issues.

Please tell me how to install RRD Tool and Spine.What are the tools do I need.

did you read/follow http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=11747 yet?

No tools are needed for rrdtool or spine. Download the binaries and reference the paths in Cacti's settings.
