Request: host template for ipso 6.2

I've been searching for many days to catch information of an IPSO 6.2 - like connections - cpu usage - cpu memory - .... . Tested many scripts also the scripts from here. Those were scripts of the year 2009. They don't show graphs.

I'm using snmp v3 to catch the information.

Can someone help me with this?
